Official.fm Word: Upload to SoundCloud and YouTube

One of the features that our users repeatedly tell us they love is the ability to drag-and-drop to upload their music to Official.fm – and with a single click also push that track to their communities on SoundCloud and YouTube.  For those of you that have yet to give it a try, we made this quick screencast to show you just how simple and easy it is.

As mentioned in the video, one of the more powerful aspects of this feature is that each artist or label workspace can be connected to their own corresponding SoundCloud and YouTube accounts.  So, if you manage the promotions of more than one artist you can drastically reduce the amount of time you spend logging in and out of accounts and re-uploading the same tracks to multiple platforms.

    It would be great if “wave” format could be add to the possible upload formats, i personally and exclusively uploads wave tracks on my soundcloud and, if i tried this funtion for youtube (and i can say that’s a great function) i didn’t for soundcloud because of the mp3 only possibilty. Despite that the new official fm is cool but there’s a fiew things to get better

    If I already uploaded my track to Soundcloud before I uploaded it to official.fm how do I connect them? I really want the stats from my soundcloud track displayed in the official.fm dashboard.
